Here are our previous years events photo: -- 2004 -- 2005 -- 2006 ~ Corporate Member Appreciation Reception ~ The view of midtown Manhattan from the 35th floor of the Mutual of America building provided a fitting backdrop for the Greater New York - Statue of Liberty Chapter’s Corporate Appreciation & Recognition Reception on Nov. 28. Over 100 members watched as the chapter honored ten of its corporate members at this annual event. (full article)
~ Army Birthday and Flag Day ~
The year's commemoration of the Army
Birthday and Flag Day Remembrances was celebrated at the American Stock
~ West Point Annual Boat Ride ~ June 9, Greater New York - Statue of Liberty Chapter's annual boatride was again held aboard the superintendent's Yacht at West Point. The weather was balmy, the food fine and the congeniality was delightful. In attendance were members of Statue of Liberty Chapter, AUSA; Liberty Chapter, Signal Corps Regimental Association. Also present were members of the U.S Army, New York Public Affairs Staff, Board Members of Soldier's Sailor's, Marines and Airmen's Club and other friends and guests.
~ Soldiers and NCOs of the Year 2007 ~ The Greater New York Statue of Liberty Chapter of the AUSA honored Soldiers and NCOs from the New York area commands from the Active, Army Reserve and National Guard on Friday, April 2007, as part of the Chapter's way of saying thank you for your accomplishments and service. ~ Corporate Appreciation & Recognition Reception 2007 ~ Bob Vormittag, Vice President of Corporate Affairs for the Greater New York - Statue of Liberty Chapter of AUSA (Association of the United States Army) was the Master of Ceremony at the Chapter's 2006 Corporate Appreciation & Recognition Dinner and Reception, Wednesday, November 29th in New York , NYC. The Mutual of America a 16 year member of the Chapter hosted the event their headquarters. (full article)
